INTRODUCTION

At the end of this module “Service Leadership” participants will be equipped with knowledge and application skills to Champion Service Excellence Ethos in the organisation’s and foster a customer-centric service culture.

PROGAMME DURATION 

24 hours – Assessment hours: 4.00 Training hours: 17.00 E-Learning Hours: 3.00

MODE OF DELIVERY

Face-to-Face: 17.00 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consisting of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, e-learning activities, group discussions and assessments/tests

Note: All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 Skillsfuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses.
