  • ASSESSMENT MODES AND SCHEDULE : Written Assessment Role Play
  • ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
  • AWARD CRITERIA Students must successfully pass all Written Assessment (WA) and Role Play (RP) to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG)

INTRODUCTION

This course equips learners with the skills to prepare, present, and deliver effective product demonstrations. Participants will learn how to highlight product benefits, engage customers, handle questions confidently, and create a positive buying experience.

 

PROGRAMME DURATION: Full-time: 4 days (32 hours)

  • ATTENDANCE CRITERIA Student must achieve atleast 75% in attendance
  • AVERAGE TEACHER TO STUDENT RATIO 1 : 20
  • PROGRAMME INTAKE MONTHLY – Please consult any Student Support Services representative for more information
  • COURSE FEES (Singapore Dollars) S$ 450.00 (Full Course Fee Without GST)
  • Note: All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 Skillsfuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses. Visit the Skillsfuture website (http://www.skillsfuture.sg/credit/) to choose from the courses available on the Skillsfuture Credit Course directory.
