Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma is designed to provide focused learning, with a strong emphasis on practical skills development alongside the acquisition of requisite knowledge and understanding of the business sector. This programme is particularly suitable for mature learners working in business management or other sectors with responsibility for management and leadership. This programme will help the learners develop a range of skills and techniques, personal qualities and attitudes essential for successful performance in the management sector.
Full-time: 4 - 6 months
Part-time: 6 - 9 months
Mode of Delivery
Online Learning - 270 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consisting of lectures, tutorials, group discussions, project meetings, assignments.
Assessment through the use of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Assessment Modes and schedules
No written examinations. Assessments are assignment and project-based, with a summative assignment given at the end of every unit
- Applicant must be 18 years or above
- Academic Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Mature candidates with more than 5 years of working experience.
- Language Proficiency: At least a C6 at GCE O Level English or IELTS-6 or equivalent.
- Work Experience: RPL acceptable.
- Recognition of prior learning (30 years old and above, with at least 8 years of working experience)
