Leave of Absence (LOA) Policy: Learners who cannot attend an SSG-funded class must apply for Leave of Absence before the session. Requests should include supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate, employer letter). Approval is subject to SSG funding rules and minimum attendance requirements. Unapproved absences may result in loss of funding and full course fees being charged. Make-up sessions may be arranged if available. Learners will be notified of the LOA outcome via email. The supporting documents must be submitted to studentsupport@natcinstitute.edu.sg or furnished to the front desk when student returns to School.
