When it comes to Dispute Resolution, it is the School’s policy is to try to reach a fair and amicable solution (that is, a solution is found to address the grievance that is fair and acceptable to both parties – the student and the School).
All dispute-related information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of resolving the matter. If a learner is not satisfied with the outcome, they may escalate the matter to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). All matters will be handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
