INTRODUCTION

At the end of Social Media Marketing, learners will be equipped with knowledge and skills to evaluate the potential and suitability of the social media marketing opportunities, seek new ways of utilizing social media channels, and monitor the outcome of social media marketing.

MODE OF DELIVERY

Face-to-Face: 25 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consisting of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, e-learning activities, group discussions, and assessments/tests

Written Assessments and Case Studies.

 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Basic requirement is GCE ‘O’ Level & 3 Years Work Experience
