ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Applicant must be 18 years old & above Basic requirement is GCE O Level with a Diploma or Higher Level Diplomas Minimum service industrial experience for at least 3 years or have prior experience in similar capacity English as a proficiency level of the Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ LV4) Workplace Literacy
- A PRE-COURSE COUNSELLING SESSION TO ASCERTAIN LEARNERS’ SUITABILITY FOR THE COURSE. IF THEY DO NOT MEET A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT, LEARNERS TO :-
(I) PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE LEARNER’S SUPERVISOR/COMPANY TO REQUEST FOR THIS MODULE TO BE TAKEN DUE TO COMPANY REQUIREMENT OR
(II) THE LEARNER TO GIVE A LETTER TO CONFIRM THE RELEVANCE OF THIS COURSE TO HIS CURRENT JOB ROLES.

4 Days Course (32 hours) 8 hours / day
PROGRAMME REQUIREMENT
Applicant must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for the whole course.
MODE OF DELIVERY
Classroom Learning - Consisting of lectures, tutorials and hands-on practical experience. Synchronous E-Learning - Learners join the online zoom class with the link provided in the system.
