INTRODUCTION
In today’s fast-paced and highly competitive marketplace, it is crucial for organizations to be flexible enough to change, in order to remain profitable and up-to-speed, likewise for individuals. As advancements in technology, processes and systems come into play, it is important that we have the right mindset and attitude in dealing with all these changes. WSQ Adapt to Change enables individuals, especially in the operations sector, to cope with different workplace changes and undertake lifelong learning for sustained employability. The whole process of change can be very distressing to employees and negative emotions could stem out of it, this is why it is always advisable to recognize the different stages of change and anticipate its impact in order to take preventive measures. This course also provides the learners with the necessary skills that enable them to better adapt to new job demands and work challenges.
PROGAMME DURATION
16 hours – Assessment hours: 1.5, Training hours: 14.5
MODE OF DELIVERY
Face-to-Face: 14.5 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consist of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and self assessments/tests, either conducted in-house or on-site (corporate trainings)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
AWARD CRITERIA
Students must successfully pass all written assessments and Role Play to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
